Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By downloading, installing, or using the CHLK application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CHLK LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("CHLK," "we," "us," or "our").
   

2. Description of Service

   CHLK is a football playbook application designed for coaches and football professionals. The App allows users to create, organize, and manage football plays and playbooks on iPad devices. CHLK offers both free and paid subscription tiers with varying levels of access to features and content.
   

3. Eligibility

   You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization or team, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
   

4. Account Registration

   To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at info@chlkapp.com.
   

5. Subscriptions and Payments

   5.1 Subscription Plans. CHLK offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

   5.2 Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

   5.3 Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of a subscription period.
